Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented HR Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in our company's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring in a solid understanding of HR functions with an outcome-oriented approach to support the business leaders based in the region. This role is crucial in driving business outcomes through HR interventions

The ideal candidate will be the one who is thorough with HR processes and is operationally strong, has the potential to bring about a closure to the projects, is employee friendly.

Indicative Deliverables

Talent Acquisition

Assist in the talent acquisition & recruitment process through Internal & external sources.

Drafting the Job description based on the sourcing requirement.

Support with maintaining the Hiring dashboard and other recruitment related analytics.

Employee lifecycle & Talent Management Support

Execute the onboarding formalities & customize the Induction plan based on the position hiring for.

Act as an advisor for employees on policies and processes.

Drive the Payroll and benefits administration process.

Support in creating policies and standardize the existing policies as per the statutory. requirements.

Work on HR dashboards and analytics.

Performance Management & Talent segregation

Work with the leadership team and define the annual deliverables.

Drive the PMS cycle as well as performance reviews.

Culture & DNEI initiatives

Build and drive the organization culture, execute events and celebratory milestones.

Drive employee opinion surveys, create strategic interventions to address employee concerns.

Build and drive complain committees and ensure effective redressal of issues escalated.

Learning & Development

Work on the Training needs identification.

Support with identifying the trainers and execution of the programs/sessions.

Office Administration

Supervise the general office administration responsibilities with support available.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Understanding of employment related statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
  • Solid with Excel and a deep understanding creating & analyzing HR dashboard.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex business scenario.
