About the Role

Learning & Development HR professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & deliver

    learning programs.

  • Coordinate and manage

    onboarding programs

    for new employees
  • Track and evaluate

    training effectiveness

  • Support managers with

    Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

  • Drive

    employee engagement & leadership development

    initiatives
  • Manage

    training calendar, vendors, and documentation

  • Stay updated on latest

    L&D tools and trends

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    3 years’ experience

    in Learning & Development
  • Strong

    facilitation & presentation skills

  • Ability to design

    classroom, virtual & digital learning content

  • Excellent

    communication & stakeholder management

  • MBA / PGDM in

    HR / Organizational Development

    (preferred)
