HR Business Partner

As the Human Resources Manager for the South region, you will be responsible for leading HR processes and practices in alignment with the business objectives. Collaborating with various functions including Sales, Credit, and Operations, you will create and maintain a Talent Pool to support organizational needs effectively. Your key responsibilities will include managing the hiring process for the region, ensuring timely delivery on the staffing plan, and addressing complex employee relations issues and grievances. You will work closely with regional leadership and employees to enhance work relationships and cultivate a culture of excellence within the organization. In this role, you will drive HR programs, identify training needs for teams and individuals, and focus on building a strong employer brand proposition with best-in-class delivery in the region. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development. To be successful in this position, you should hold an MBA in HR and possess substantial experience in Recruitment and Employee lifecycle management within the BFSI Sector. Reporting to the Lead HR, you will collaborate with senior managers to implement strategic HR initiatives and enhance people management practices.
