Role Description

This is a full-time HR Business Partner role located in Rajkot. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
