Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals focusing on talent attraction, retention, and performance management
Mentor and coach business partners on HR policies and procedures
Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, succession planning, and performance appraisal
Drive employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
Lead HR automation and continuous feedback initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure and employee satisfaction programs

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM - Full Time
3.5+ years experience in HRBP roles, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or FinTech sectors
preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong data acumen and process improvement focus
