HR Associate - Recruitment

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with relevant internships are welcome)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: As per Industry Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and closure.
• Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, internal networks).
• Proactively source and build a pipeline of potential candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare recruitment emails, offer letters, rejection emails, and related documentation.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases accurately.

HR Generalist Exposure:

• Assist the HR Manager in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events.
• Coordinate with team leads to organize learning and development sessions.
• Support in preparing various HR documents including letters, memos, and reports.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, including policies and training.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving HR technologies and practices.
