HR Associate Chennai Onsite Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in human resources operations, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of labor laws across India and HR best practices. Preferred experience with multi-state HR for populations that include employees in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Karnataka. Excellent English communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in learning new software skills and in the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have experience with HRIS applications. Payroll software experience preferred.
