HR Assistant/Recruiter

We are a dynamic and growing organization committed to fostering a positive and professional work culture. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Female HR Executive to join our team and support core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and support HR policies implementation
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
