Job description
· Manage the entire recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
· Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
· Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions and company needs.
· Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
· Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
· Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
· Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Provide weekly and monthly hiring reports to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
