Production Planning - Apparel Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production plans using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.).
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, stores, sales and finishing departments to align production schedules with order delivery dates.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly production outputs against planned targets.
• Monitor material availability and issue timely alerts for any shortfalls.
• Allocate workloads based on production capacity and style complexity.
• Update and maintain planning trackers, WIP (Work In Progress) reports, and production status dashboards.
• Identify and highlight potential delays and bottlenecks in production; propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the quality and finishing teams to ensure quality standards and efficiency goals are met.
• Support in capacity planning, line planning, and style allocation across lines/factories.
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
