Job Description
- Check fabrics, trims, and raw materials before production.
- Approve/reject materials based on quality standards.
- Inspect quality at all production stages (cutting, stitching, finishing).
- Ensure production follows quality SOPs and AQL standards.- Identify defects and suggest corrective actions.- Train workers to reduce quality defects.
- Develop and update quality control SOPs.
- Implement best practices to reduce defects.- Standardize inspection procedures
- Manage the QC team and assign responsibilities.
- Train QC inspectors and factory workers.- Conduct regular skill improvement sessions.
