Quality Assurance Officer

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Officer at our company located in Tajola, Mumbai, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards by ensuring the issuance of all relevant documents related to Quality Management System (QMS), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Equipment Cleaning Record (ECR), specifications, MOA, TDS, formats, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your role will also involve the preparation, review, and distribution of SOPs, reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records and Equipment Cleaning Records, handling Change Control Systems, deviations, and out-of-specification issues, as well as preparing the Annual Product Quality Review. Additionally, you will be involved in the monitoring and preparation of process validation and cleaning validation activities, handling pre-dispatch activities of finished products, conducting QA rounds, ensuring line clearance of equipment and areas post-product changeover cleaning, reviewing analytical data, conducting trainings, and other assigned QA tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Issuance of documents related to QMS, BMR, ECR, Specification, MOA, TDS, formats, and SOPs controlled copy - Preparation, review, and distribution of SOPs - Review Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Equipment Cleaning Record (ECR), etc. - Handling Change Control Systems, deviations, and out-of-specification issues - Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review - Preparation and monitoring of process validation and cleaning validation activities - Handling pre-dispatch activity of finished products - Performing QA rounds and line clearance of equipment and area after product changeover cleaning - Reviewing analytical data - Performing Inter Departmental Trainings and attending Scheduled Trainings - Preparation, review, and updating of all Quality Assurance related documents Qualification Required: - Proven experience in QA Officer role for at least 3 years - Proven experience in QMS, BMR, ECR, Specification, MOA, TDS for at least 3 years Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location in Tajola, Mumbai.,
