As an HR & Admin Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes. - Maintaining employee files, attendance, and leave records. - Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications. - Providing administrative support such as vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and office management. - Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR & Admin operations. To qualify for this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree (HR/Business Administration preferred). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Administration. - Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR software.
