HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
• Assist in organizing training, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Assisting HR Manager:

• Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager on projects and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and notices.
• Follow up on pending tasks with departments as instructed.
• Help in implementing new HR and admin systems or processes.
• Manage correspondence, filing, and document control (both physical and digital).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
• Support travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and company events.
• Maintain databases and prepare reports as directed.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of office facilities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR or admin experience
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Good knowledge of google sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
