**Job Title: HR Assistant**

**Responsibilities:**

- Source candidates online through various channels.

- Update and manage job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

- Conduct background checks on potential candidates.

- Utilize various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews.

- Assist in recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably 1 year.

- Total work experience of 1 year is preferred.

- Familiarity with various job interview formats.

- Ability to source candidates through online channels effectively.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
