Job Description

The HR Assistant role is a full-time on-site position located in Aurangabad. As an HR Assistant, you will support HR management functions by managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering employee benefits, and assisting in training programs. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, aiding in the recruitment process, facilitating the onboarding of new employees, and addressing any HR-related queries or issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, along with experience working with HRIS. Proficiency in Benefits Administration and a background in developing and administering Training programs are essential. Your excellent organizational and multitasking abilities will be crucial, as well as your strong interpersonal and communication skills. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is a key requirement. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruiting or the HR field would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
