HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant at Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic IT solutions provider based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and optimizing internal processes. With a minimum of 6 months of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations, you will contribute to the seamless operations of the HR department. Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. You will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, posting openings on relevant platforms, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with updating and managing employee records and HR databases, as well as assisting in the onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance purposes. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and events, fostering a positive work environment within the company. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and offering general HR support will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous in this role. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the office in Pune.
