Job Title: Assistant HR ( Back Office – Hospitality Industry)
Location: Connaught Place, New DelhiCompany: Ornato Services Pvt. Ltd.Salary: ₹ 25000-35000Age: 24–26 yearsEducation: Minimum 85% marks in degree (HR/Business Management preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Helps the General manager -HR in all areas
Reporting will be directly to General manager -HR
End-to-end recruitment for Indian & UK operations
Manage onboarding, employee records, and documentation
Handle attendance, payroll inputs & leave management
Maintain HR policies, employee engagement & grievance handling
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Support training, compliance & performance review processes
Requirements:
2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality background is a plus)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace & HR software
Detail-oriented, organised & people-focused
High level of professionalism and integrity
