Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team at SHREE VENKATESHWARA AMUSEMENTS. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field. (Male).

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
