HR Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our growing team at Manaspurti Technologies Private Limited. In this role, you will provide critical support across all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative tasks. You will partner with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the interview process. Onboard new hires: prepare paperwork, coordinate new hire orientation, and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. Process payroll and benefits administration tasks as assigned. Draft and prepare HR-related documents (e.g., offer letters, employment contracts). Assist with employee relations matters, including processing leaves of absence and terminations. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of HR experience or relevant coursework preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Hindi and English communication (written and verbal).
