Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for pharma-specific roles (R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Sales & Marketing, etc.)
Manage
onboarding, induction, and training
programs for plant and corporate employees
Oversee
statutory compliances
Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, etc.
Support
HR audits
(USFDA, WHO, ISO, etc.) with all required documentation
Ensure proper
manpower planning
for plant operations and corporate functions
Handle
payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Support
performance management system (PMS)
and employee appraisals
Drive
employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal
Maintain
HR reports, MIS, and dashboards
for management review
