Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background (CA Inter preferred). The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist in internal and external audits Manage vendor payments and coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting needs Key Requirements: CA Inter qualification is mandatory; candidates pursuing CA Final or with B.Com/M.Com and strong experience may also apply 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance functions Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/other accounting software Strong MS Excel skills Good communication and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Attributes: Experience in a manufacturing or mid-sized corporate environment Exposure to GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team
