Executive Quality Control (QC)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for overall QMS for both the plants at Panchkula/Parwanoo
• Conduct inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Implement and monitor quality standards, specifications, and SOPs.
• Drive

  CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

   to resolve quality issues.
• Promote

  Kaizen initiatives

   and continuous improvement across production processes.
• Coordinate with production & design teams for root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• In hand knowledge of functional testing lab
• Maintain proper quality records, test reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and support suppliers in ensuring quality of incoming materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Science/Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of packaging quality standards and testing methods.
• Hands-on experience with measuring/testing instruments.
• Knowledge of

  5-S,

  7 QC TOOLS, PRAP, CAPA, Kaizen, ISO Documentation, and EHS standards

   will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, MIS preparation with strong documentation and reporting skills.
