Location - Hyderabad /Ahmedabad / Mumbai Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B customers in the assigned region. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Promote and sell plastic packaging products (rigid) to clients across industries. Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiry handling, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals. Coordinate with the HO team (production/logistics/accounts) to ensure timely order execution and payment follow-up. Submit daily/weekly sales updates and client visit reports. Stay updated on competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments in your territory. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and promotional events as required. Preferred candidate profile Executive/ Sr. Executive (2 - 6 years): Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and account management Good understanding of territory planning and client retention Experience in managing repeat and high-value orders Deputy/Asst Manager (6- 12 years): Strong leadership and team-handling ability Capable of driving regional sales targets and managing large key accounts Strategic thinking and reporting to senior management
