Executive Production

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities ensuring quality & efficiency.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, and machine utilization.
• Coordinate with design, QC, and purchase teams to avoid delays.
• Implement process improvements for cost reduction and productivity.
• Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety & compliance norms.
• Drive

  CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

   to resolve issues.
• Promote

  Kaizen initiatives

   and continuous improvement across production processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical / Packaging Technology.
• Good understanding of printing, cutting, pasting, and finishing processes in packaging.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Knowledge of

  CAPA, Kaizen, ISO, and EHS standards

   will be an added advantage.
