HR Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions at our plant. This role involves assisting with employee documentation, attendance, compliance, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining attendance records and preparing reports.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and maintain employee files.
• Help coordinate payroll inputs, leave data, and shift rosters.
• Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate with workers for basic HR queries and support grievance handling.
• Support in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
• Ensure timely update of HR records, registers, and compliance logs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in HR support role, preferably in a plant/factory setup
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel / Word
• Local language skills preferred

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
