Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with recruitment efforts, which involve tasks such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, including processing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and managing employee training logistics. - Supporting HR administrative tasks by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents. - Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention. - Contributing to employee relations activities by assisting in conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes. - Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives. - Staying updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and facilitate effective HR practices. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The work location for this role is in-person. This position is available as a full-time role or an internship, with a contract length of 4 months.
