HR Assistant Intern

As an HR Assistant Intern at our organization, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, where you will gain valuable exposure to HR operations and develop essential professional skills in a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also play a key role in supporting onboarding processes for new hires, maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, ensuring HR compliance, and managing documentation. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and perform general clerical duties like filing, scanning, and data entry. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include an MBA in HR, a Bachelor's Degree in HR, or a Diploma in HRM. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is highly valued. This is a Full-time, Fresher, Internship position with a contract length of 3 months.
