Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant Intern to support our HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
• Help with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
• Learn and contribute to HR policies, compliance, and processes.

Requirements

• MBA in HRM or pursuing HR-related studies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
