We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) background to drive growth and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong communication and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and promote the company’s services or products. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the technical/industrial sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, training institutes, and industry partners. Promote ITI-trained workforce and technical services to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create business strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Participate in client meetings, trade fairs, seminars, and exhibitions. Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing with clients. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts. Achieve business development targets and contribute to company revenue goals. ⸻ Required Skills: Good understanding of technical concepts (especially from an ITI trade). Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Ability to work independently and in a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
