Role Summary

The HR Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment cycle for both clinical and non-clinical positions. Candidates with prior experience in hospital or academic recruitment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as doctors, nurses, teaching faculty, technical, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and finalize job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, referrals, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and schedule final rounds.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and offer release processes.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and daily hiring trackers.
• Ensure timely closures and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts and hiring compliance protocols.

Educational Qualification & Skills Required

• MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospital or academic institutions
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media hiring, and ATS
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
