About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team in Indore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of core recruitment experience who is looking to grow in the HR domain with a stable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
• Draft job postings and work with job portals and recruitment tools
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess basic suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview rounds
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in core recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to learning and growing
• Good stability in previous roles
• Comfortable with MS Office and recruitment tools
