Job Title: Employee & Project Tracking Specialist
Location:WFO (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
Experience Required: 1+ years in workforce/employee/project tracking or HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage employee allocations across various projects.
Track project timelines, end dates, and pipeline opportunities.
Monitor bench duration and future allocation prospects.
Calculate employee utilization rates, billing rates, and revenue generation.
Use Excel for data management, including VLOOKUP and other analytical functions.
Desired Background:
Experience in HR operations, focusing on employee and project tracking.
Familiarity with operational metrics and revenue calculations.
Strong Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP and data analysis.
