Role & responsibilities: 1 Recruitment & Onboarding Support Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & interviewers Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits Support onboarding formalities for new employees 2 Employee Records & Documentation Maintain and update employee files (physical & digital) Manage personal data, contracts, and statutory documents Ensure confidentiality of employee information Update HRMS / Excel records accurately 3 Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support Track employee attendance and leave records Assist in monthly payroll data preparation Coordinate with accounts/payroll team Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation support Preferred candidate profile: Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
