Job Description

As an experienced HR and Administration professional, you will be responsible for managing various aspects related to Human Resources and Administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the recruitment process which involves job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. - Maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance, and leave management. - Organizing and executing employee engagement activities while effectively managing any grievances. - Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices. In terms of Administration, you will be required to: - Supervise office administration, facilities, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations. - Handle correspondence, maintain documentation, and establish efficient filing systems. - Procure office supplies and maintain adequate inventory for day-to-day activities. - Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and organize company events. - Provide support to management by preparing reports and assisting with administrative tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Administration. - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask effectively and work independently. Please note that this position is full-time and permanent. Additionally, the preferred language for communication is English, and the work location is in person.
