Candidates with Degree / PG having minimum 8 years of experience, preferably pharmaceutical company/Testing laboratory/ Similar Industries in a similar role.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team.HR and Admin Manager oversees both the human resources and administrative functions within an organization, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR and Admin Manager oversees both the human resources and administrative functions within an organization
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records (contracts, leave, attendance, etc.)
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll preparation
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • File labour law and compliance-related documentation regularly
  • HR administrators coordinate with various individuals, including vendors, employees and managers, to complete complex tasks, often simultaneously.
  • The ability to prioritise urgent requirements and perform multiple duties concurrently can be an asset.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in an HR support and administrative role
  • Familiarity with Indian labour laws and HR compliance standards

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with HRMS and payroll software tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,685.57 - ₹61,453.66 per month
