Job Description

Position Overview:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Compliance:

Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
Handle
PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and statutory compliance
.
Maintain and update HRMS/payroll software and employee records.
Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliations.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage pre-boarding formalities.
Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Drive
employee engagement activities
to enhance workplace culture.
Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in line with company policy.

4. Performance Management:

Assist in implementing
performance appraisal systems
.
Track KRAs/OKRs and support managers in performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate
learning & development programs
.

5. HR Operations & Policies:

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Draft, review, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Support workforce planning, attendance, and leave management.
