Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to generate leads and follow up with prospects. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Dell laptop models based on usage, budget, and preferences. Maintain customer records and update CRM tools or logs. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth post-sales support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate product features, pricing, and promotional information. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom at all times. Key Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or inside sales (preferably in electronics or IT products). Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette. Basic knowledge of laptops, especially Dell products, is an added advantage. Good interpersonal and convincing skills. Proficiency in English and regional/local language. Familiarity with sales tracking tools or CRM is a plus. Working Hours:10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (as per showroom timings) Weekends and festival days may be working, with weekday offs.
