Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed web research to identify potential B2B clients across targeted industries.
Generate qualified leads through online research, database building, and market mapping.
Engage with decision-makers in corporate and industrial companies to introduce innovative packaging solutions (pallets, boxes, crates, etc.).
Make outbound sales calls to B2B prospects to present company offerings and create business interest.
Schedule business meetings, coordinate demo sessions, and support the sales team in proposal follow-up and closures.
Maintain and update CRM tools (Zoho One) with accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales pipeline.
Drive regular follow-ups for quotations, negotiations, and post-sale feedback to strengthen long-term client relationships.
Consistently achieve lead generation targets and support overall sales growth with a professional, consultative approach.
Prepare simple sales reports, maintain lead trackers, and assist in monitoring performance dashboards.
Share insights from customer conversations to help improve sales strategy and market positioning.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotation preparation, and timely response to client queries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales funnel through structured communication and proactive outreach.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation is mandatory (Any stream)

Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / lead generation / B2B calling preferred.
