Front Office Profile – Laptop Store (Sales & Service) Position Title: Front Office Executive / Front Desk Coordinator Location: Kammanahalli Role Summary: The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the laptop store. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and coordinating between the sales and service departments, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online queries related to sales and service. Maintain appointment schedules for service jobs and follow up on pending issues. Guide customers through the process of purchasing laptops, accessories, and software. Receive laptops for repair/service, record issues accurately, and generate job cards. Provide service status updates to customers and coordinate with the technical team. Maintain records of inventory, invoices, and customer data. Process sales transactions, generate receipts, and manage billing and POS systems. Ensure the front desk and display area are tidy and presentable at all times. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of laptops and related technology (training can be provided). Proficiency in MS Office, billing software, and CRM tools. Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Diploma/degree in business administration or IT-related field. Prior experience in a retail or service-oriented role is an advantage.
