Job Description

UK Onboarding Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including offer paperwork and contracting.
  • Administer new joiner setup, including data entry in SAP SuccessFactors and DocuSign management.
  • Initiate background screenings and ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and immigration processes.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure all documentation is accurately filed.
  • Drive a positive and inclusive onboarding experience through pre-boarding activities and induction schedules.
  • Conduct parts of the induction process and liaise with key stakeholders (Finance, IT, Facilities, etc.) for seamless integration.
  • Support implementation of new onboarding programs, including reporting, invitations, surveys, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing onboarding policies, process documentation, learning materials, and maintaining the HR knowledge management system.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Team as required.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in people, team, and process management within a GCC environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
  • HR experience in legal or professional services sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of leading HR business practices and processes.
  • Experience enhancing employee experience through operational excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical business deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills.

Skills:

  • HR systems expertise (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
