Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Management

    : Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics such as headcount and turnover.
  • Payroll Administration

    : Assist in the review of payroll, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support

    : Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, performance reviews and offboarding.
  • Compliance & Documentation

    : Ensure all HR documentation is complete, compliant, and securely stored.
  • System Optimization

    : Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionality and troubleshoot issues.
  • Audit & Reconciliation

    : Support internal audits and reconcile payroll and HR data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Support:

    Respond to employee queries related to HR systems, payroll, and policies in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a global or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Experience with payroll systems and understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • HR Systems Expertise

    Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Analytical Thinking

    – Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency –

    Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Word and reporting capabilities.
  • Payroll Knowledge

    – Understanding of payroll cycles, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Process Orientation

    – Ability to follow and improve HR operational processes.
  • Confidentiality

    – Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
