Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Admin professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, administration, and team management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and exit formalities.
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work culture through team formation and collaboration.
  • Handle payroll, time keeping, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring new staff.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
