Your Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Lead recruitment for all verticals and brands (Unified Sports, The Team Ex, Cool Cactus Events, and Merch n Tales)
• Manage hiring pipelines, JD creation, and interview cycles aligned to growth goals
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, documentation, exit formalities
• Ensure statutory compliance across brands (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity, etc.)
• Performance & Culture
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems and review cycles
• Drive engagement through team activities, reward programs, and culture-building initiatives
• Strategic HR Partnering
• Forecast workforce needs for upcoming projects, seasonal scale-up (e.g., tournaments, campaigns)
• Align HR strategy with leadership vision and inter-brand expansion plans

You’re Perfect For This If You Have...

• 4–8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in fast-growth companies
• Hands-on expertise in both recruitment and HR ops
• Strong knowledge of Indian lab or laws
• Experience working with diverse teams across creative, marketing, events, and sports
• A natural flair for people management and organizational design

Bonus If You’ve Worked On...

• HR systems or tools implementation (Zoho, Keka, etc.)
• High-volume or project-based hiring
• Building internal culture for young, entrepreneurial teams

Growth Path

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
