Job Description

This position is office-based in Rajkot, Gujarat, supporting a UK-based property management company that is currently expanding its hiring and administrative support. As a HR Admin, your primary responsibility will be to manage candidate calling and back-office functions. Your key responsibilities will include calling and coordinating with candidates and referrals interested in working with a UK-based children's home company. You will source candidates from various portals and oversee the entire process until they are successfully onboarded for the India team. Verifying candidate authenticity through direct communication and maintaining a database of eligible candidates will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be required to communicate directly with decision-makers and prospective candidates, handle back-office administration tasks, maintain accurate HR records, generate reports from HR systems and databases, and provide support for recruitment and onboarding processes as necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration roles (minimum 1 year preferred) is essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word is required. You should also be comfortable working in UK time shifts, with the following schedules: Summer (01:00 AM - 10:30 PM IST) and Winter (02:00 AM - 11:30 PM IST). Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. Experience in handling international recruitment or working with UK-based clients is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working schedule follows UK shifts, and there is a performance bonus opportunity.
