Job Description

Live101 is hiring a Senior HR Executive with expertise in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, grievance handling, and attendance management. We seek someone organized, proactive, and ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. - Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. - Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment. - Attendance Management: Maintain and monitor attendance records. - Coordination & Organization Development such HR Policies, Training & Development etc. - Documentation, maintaining employee data, assets management, Employee welfare activities - Onboarding, Induction to exit interview and exit formalities, etc - Direct reporting to GM Sales & Director Qualifications: - Graduate / Degree or Diploma in HR - 2-4 years of HR experience. - Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
