Job Description

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for making calls to potential clients/ Enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

Make calls to potential clients to the inquiries sent by the clients on our app/website.

Verify the client's requirements as per the form they have filled and provide information about further assistance.

Maintain accurate records. Attend live calls

Make a group of each genuine enquiry, assign it to Sales person and other persons as per the process

No pressure/No targets based
