Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR records.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, etc.).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave inputs.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Help in maintaining labor law documentation and audits.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records of employees.
  • Support day-to-day office administration (stationery, ID cards, attendance devices).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
