Job Description: Vidyakul Learning Space Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of HR/Admin Coordinator – Academic Support at our Prayagraj studio (Kalandipuram). This position involves coordinating with teachers and mentors, planning academic strategies, and assisting backend and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate with teachers, mentors, and academic staff for daily schedules and updates Plan and support the implementation of new academic strategies and teaching workflows Assist in faculty onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking Maintain employee and academic data using Excel or Google Sheets Collaborate with the backend team to ensure smooth class execution Provide admin support in the studio and assist with documentation Maintain discipline, structure, and staff workflow Key Requirements:Graduate in any stream (Education, HR, or Management preferred) 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination or admin roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, manage people, and handle pressure Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools Candidates from Prayagraj or nearby preferred
