We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator / HR Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized office environment. Help manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Support daily clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Help schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and manage calendars. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately. Human Resources AssistanceSupport the recruitment process by helping with job postings and interview scheduling. Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation support. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
